Why Do You Want to Make Money Online?

It's a valid question. What are you hoping to accomplish by taking up online marketing? Do you need to survive? Want to be able to afford a vacation? Tired of working for other people?

You need to ask yourself why you want to do online marketing. What is going to drive you forward when you fail? What will keep you going when things aren't looking good? I have said this many times, and I will say it again. There is no easy way to make money online. It is starting a business, and that takes work and willpower.

So where will your willpower be coming from? Take some time to figure it out. IN my case it's freedom to pursue my dreams. I want to start an entertainment company, and I can't do that working a day job. I got into online marketing when I lost my job, but I stuck to it because It's my ticket to fulfill my dreams.

You need to ask yourself why you are seeking money online. In most cases it is probably freedom you are looking for. Let's be honest, working for someone else is not freedom. Even owning your own business is not freedom most of the time. Unless you think so many CEO's get that 10-20 years older than they really are look by feeling free.

They are as much slaves to their companies as a typical 9 to 5'er is a slave to their paycheck. With the internet things take time, effort and hard work to get started, but once you are rolling they get easier. A lot of the work you need done can be outsourced. It might not be an option when you start, but after awhile dropping a bit of money to take some of the burden off your back becomes a lot easier.

The real goal is to have some websites up and running that hardly even need your attention. That's called residual income, and is the dream of all online marketers. It isn't easy to achieve, but it's a worthy goal. With the willpower and desire to keep you moving forward you might be able to get there yourself.
